Kickwriting was a sort-of method created, or at least used, by many of the beat writers, the most famous of whom was Jack Kerouac (the guy pictured to left, duh). It's recipe went something like this --> tape a bunch of pieces of typing paper together, end on end so that one large ream is created. Feed one end into a typewriter. Begin writing. Writing what? you may ask. Anything. Everything. Spontaneous. Withorwithoutspaces. Just keep writing whatever comes to mind. Whatever the Muse says. Hence, this blog. Welcome. And you're welcome.
